Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on employment policies, handbooks, and agreements.
• Represent employers before federal and state agencies; respond to investigations and audits.
• Defend employers in federal/state courts and arbitration on discrimination, wage hour, and covenants issues.
• Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial prep.
• Take a lead role in strategy development and client counseling across matters.
