BakerHostetler seeks an experienced Practice Manager for its Labor & Employment Practice Group. Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer, this role partners with leadership to drive business, financial, talent, and operational strategy in a high-visibility environment.

Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, financial planning, talent management, and operations, with a focus on profitability and practice growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA, JD, or other advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in practice management, business operations, professional services management, or a related field.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated executive presence and credibility with attorneys, firm leadership, and business professionals.

Responsabilités

• Strategic leadership: partner with leadership to execute initiatives and align with firm objectives.
• Financial management: budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, and improve profitability.
• Talent management: staffing, workforce planning, and attorney hiring and development.
• Operations: liaise with business services, drive process improvements, and implement best practices.
