Baker Law Group, PLLC is seeking a Senior Employment Law Attorney to join our Denver team. With 3+ years of employment law experience, you will manage cases from counseling to litigation and trial, advising clients on workplace disputes and employment issues.

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Employment Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our Denver team.

What You'll Do:

You’ll manage employment matters from start to finish — advising clients on workplace disputes, discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, non-compete agreements, and more. You'll handle everything from strategy and counseling through litigation and trial when it gets there.

Compensation:

Base salary commensurate with experience, with OTE up to $270,000 through our performance-based bonus program. Our incentive structure is transparent, tiered, and designed to reward attorneys who perform — not just bill.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of employment law experience
• Litigation and/or trial experience strongly preferred
