Responsibilities

As a Senior Labor & Employment Attorney, your responsibilities will include

• Providing expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including but not limited to, wage and hour laws, workplace safety, wrongful termination, and employment contracts.
• Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts and agreements.
• Conducting thorough and effective legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Developing and implementing effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
• Maintaining a portable book of business and actively contributing to business development efforts.
• Staying updated with current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to labor and employment.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
