Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Labor & Employment attorney to join our Denver team, advising employers on traditional labor issues, leading collective bargaining, and handling arbitration from strategy to resolution.

You will represent clients in labor disputes, collaborate with business leaders, and shape workforce strategies in a fast-paced environment. Colorado Bar admission and JD are required.

Qualifications

  • 7-8 years of experience in labor & employment law, with a strong focus on traditional labor.
  • Hands-on experience with collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, and union environments.
  • Exposure to NLRB matters or similar administrative proceedings.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a broader team.
  • Active Colorado Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly).
  • JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

Salary: $210,000 - $240,000 per year

We're seeking an experienced Labor & Employment attorney to join a growing, high-performing team focused on traditional labor matters. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with employers across a range of industries, advising on complex labor relations issues while also handling sophisticated litigation. You'll play a key role in supporting clients through collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, and union-related matters, while partnering directly with business leaders to deliver practical, strategic solutions.

What You’ll Do
