Qualifications

• 3+ years as an employment litigator, in state or federal court.
• Deep knowledge of state and federal fair employment laws, wage-hour laws, ADA/FMLA.
• Ability to handle matters independently from intake to resolution.
• Experience in advising and counseling on employment issues is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex, high-stakes employment litigation.
• Manage matters with minimal supervision, including hearings, discovery, and motions.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and prepare cases for trial or arbitration.
• Provide practical employment policy advice and counseling when appropriate.
