Job summary

Jabil in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Senior Labor Data/Reporting Analyst to develop and maintain labor dashboards, metrics, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to management. You will work with Human Resources, Finance and Operations to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and at least 5 years of data analysis experience with a focus on labor analytics, plus strong Excel and BI tool skills (Tableau/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance labor reporting dashboards, metrics, and KPIs for actionable management insights.
• Analyze labor data (headcount, attrition, productivity, utilization, cost, capacity planning) to identify efficiency gains.
• Design data models and analytical tools to support labor initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and present reports on labor trends, forecasts, and recommendations to leadership.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies ensuring data accuracy.

What will you do?

• Develop, maintain, and enhance labor reporting dashboards, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights to management.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of labor data, including headcount, attrition, productivity, utilization, cost, and capacity planning, to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
• Design and implement data models and analytical tools to support various labor-related initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and other departments to gather data requirements, define reporting needs, and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and present clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations on labor trends, forecasts, and recommendations to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all labor-related data.
• Stay current with industry best practices in labor analytics, reporting tools, and data visualization techniques.
• Provide training and support to end-users on labor reporting tools and data interpretation.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects related to workforce planning and optimization.
• Various Labor Relations Landscape Research Other duties as they may be assigned.

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Human Resources, or a related quantitative field or equivalent education and training. At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with a strong focus on labor, HR, or workforce analytics.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
• Strong experience with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) for data analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of HR and labor metrics, concepts, and best practices.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with large-scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
