Job summary

Jabil in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Senior Labor Data/Reporting Analyst to develop and maintain labor dashboards, metrics, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to management. You will work with Human Resources, Finance and Operations to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and at least 5 years of data analysis experience with a focus on labor analytics, plus strong Excel and BI tool skills (Tableau/Power BI).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent education and training.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with focus on labor, HR, or workforce analytics.
• Proficient with data visualization tools and Excel for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance labor reporting dashboards, metrics, and KPIs for actionable management insights.
• Analyze labor data (headcount, attrition, productivity, utilization, cost, capacity planning) to identify efficiency gains.
• Design data models and analytical tools to support labor initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and present reports on labor trends, forecasts, and recommendations to leadership.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies ensuring data accuracy.
