Job summary

Jabil, located at the St. Petersburg, FL manufacturing site, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with site leadership and deliver in-depth financial analysis and performance reporting for smarter decision making.

You will forecast, budget, and conduct PPV and cost reviews while maintaining SOX controls and improving systems. Collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Corporate Finance will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive financial analysis, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or operations‑focused environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present complex financial reports for senior and executive leadership.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis, including PPV, labor, overhead, and manufacturing cost reviews.
• Perform weekly KPI/indicator reviews and provide insights on site performance trends.
• Lead Actual vs. Forecast variance analyses and communicate root causes and action plans.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles, including site-level revenue, margin, and cost projections.
• Support annual budgeting for two St. Petersburg sites, incorporating operational inputs and financial modeling.
