Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads labor management framework and identifies improvement opportunities across utilization, throughput, service, safety, and labor cost.
• Performs time studies and develops engineered labor standards that are accurate and repeatable.
• Guides labor management and industrial engineering projects through prioritization, reviews, mentoring, and quality assurance.
• Develops implementation plans, standard work, and change-management approaches with operations leaders and supervisors.
• Designs and maintains labor management systems, workforce analytics, and reporting tools.
• Evaluates branch layouts and processes to improve flow, productivity, safety, and service.
• Applies Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods to deliver measurable results.
• Develops business cases and communicates results to stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
