White Cap is seeking a senior technical leader for labor management engineering to drive engineered labor standards, workforce analytics, and workflow improvements across branches.

You will lead cross-functional projects, translate operational data into actionable recommendations, and partner with operations to deliver sustained productivity gains, safety, and service. The role requires time studies, standard work development, and change-management execution.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in a related engineering discipline.
• Experience leading labor management or industrial engineering projects.
• Strong analytical and data-visualization capabilities.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the labor management performance framework and identifies improvement opportunities across workforce utilization, throughput, service, safety, and labor cost.
• Conducts time studies and work-sampling analyses and establishes engineered labor standards.
• Guides labor management work through project prioritization, peer mentoring, and quality assurance.
• Partners with operations to develop implementation plans, standard work, and change-management approaches.
• Designs and maintains labor management systems, workforce analytics, reporting processes, and performance-tracking tools.
• Evaluates branch layouts and workflows to improve flow, productivity, safety, and service.
• Communicates findings and recommendations clearly to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
