Job summary

White Cap Management LLC seeks a data-driven professional to optimize workforce utilization, set labor standards, and implement performance reporting across branch operations in the United States.

You will lead time studies, develop labor management tools, and drive continuous improvement initiatives with operations leaders, traveling up to half the time and collaborating to improve efficiency and service.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline with 2–5 years of experience in a related field.
• Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and labor/workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze labor utilization, productivity, throughput, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct time and motion studies and establish labor standards.
• Develop and maintain labor management systems, workforce tracking tools, and reporting processes.
• Evaluate branch layouts, workflows and processes to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste and optimize performance.
• Partner with leaders and associates to drive adoption of labor standards and SOPs.
• Lead labor management initiatives by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Create analyses and reports to support transparent decision-making and planning.
• Ensure labor measurement methodologies and reporting are consistent and sustainable.
