Job summary

RTX’s Effectors Center in the SE&TC Directorate seeks Systems Engineers focused on Lab Integration to support the AMRAAM portfolio. You will perform integration, verification, and data analysis to ensure test assets meet requirements.

The role involves creating test documentation, coordinating with multiple engineering teams, and maintaining program access as needed. Onsite in Tucson, AZ, with DoD security clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years in a test environment focusing on test planning/implementation.
• Hardware systems integration experience.
• Experience evaluating requirements.
• Experience troubleshooting and following failure processes.
• Experience with lab/field test equipment.
• Experience with Verification and Validation methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test meets specifications.
• Perform data collection activities, including review and analysis of data elements, and provide detailed reports of results.
• Trace and/or correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems; familiarity with fault reporting and corrective action.
• Create/modify documentation for tests, including Test Plans, Procedures, Test Readiness Review, Consent to Ship, and Test Data Review packages.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain additional program access as required.
