Job summary

RTX's Effectors Center in Tucson is seeking a Systems Engineer focused on Lab Integration within the SE&TC Directorate to support the AMRAAM portfolio of weapons. You will help ensure test events run smoothly, collect data, and analyze results on-site in Tucson.

The role requires a STEM degree and five years in a test environment, with hardware and platform integration experience, fault analysis, and documentation work. On-site work only with security clearances as described.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering or Mathematics with 5+ years in a test environment.
• Experience with hardware/system integration and flight/test environments.
• Knowledge of verification/validation methods and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test meets specifications.
• Collect data and analyze data elements; report results in detail.
• Trace and/or correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems; support failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Create/modify documentation for Test Plans, Procedures, TRR, CTS, and TDR packages.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain additional program access as required.
