Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced hands-on proficiency in mammalian cell culture and aseptic technique.
• Direct experience with iPSC culture, cryopreservation and recovery, differentiation, 3D culture, organoids, assembloids.
• Independently execute standardized laboratory workflows and maintain accurate records.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting laboratory automation and high-throughput systems.
• Ability to evaluate process and quality data, recognize deviations, and communicate recommendations.
• Experience writing or revising SOPs and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor developing manual and automated workflows for iPSC expansion, cryopreservation and recovery, differentiation, advanced cellular models, and QC.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automation, liquid handlers, imaging systems, incubators, and storage equipment; coordinate escalation as needed.
• Review batch, process, and quality data; document issues; propose corrective actions.
• Manage work queues and ensure readiness of materials, reagents, and equipment.
• Execute transferred development protocols and provide feedback on reproducibility and readiness for routine use.
• Write, review, and maintain SOPs, batch records, forms, and training materials.
• Train colleagues, demonstrate techniques, and serve as a technical resource.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, quality partners, and operations to troubleshoot and implement improvements.
• Lead or participate in process-improvement, validation, deviation-investigation, and projects.
• Follow safety, aseptic, data integrity, and quality-system requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
