Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform and monitor iPSC expansion, cryopreservation and recovery, differentiation, and advanced cellular models.
  • Operate, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory automation, liquid handlers, incubators and imaging systems.
  • Review batch, process and quality data; document deviations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage materials, reagents, cell banks, inventories, and equipment for safe execution.
  • Write, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, batch records and logs.
  • Train and cross-train colleagues and collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvements.
