Job summary

Innova Solutions, Rogers, MN, is seeking a Senior Lab Technician to support construction and manufacturing lab operations. Build test prototypes, run tests, and set up experiments with minimal supervision.

Requires a 2-year technical degree and at least two years of lab experience; strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and data acquisition familiarity are essential. W-2 employment only; contract-to-hire with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in lab test and development; flexible for the right candidate.
• Ability to set up tests without supervision.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Build test prototypes with minimal supervision.
• Run tests to standard procedures and report results.
• Set up test configurations and collect data.
• Maintain lab equipment and participate in QA activities.
• Identify design/manufacturing issues from test results.
• Contribute to instruction manual procedures for new products.
• Design simple test fixtures and support other duties as assigned.
