Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related experience in a construction materials testing lab.
• Certifications per ECS Technician Certification Policy.
• Valid driver's license if driving for ECS subsidiaries.
• Proficiency with ASTM testing methods and data recording.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory testing on construction material samples per established methods.
• Interprets test data and prepares summaries or reports under supervision.
• Maintains a clean, organized lab in compliance with QA/QC programs.
• Calibrates and maintains laboratory equipment and records.
• Trains and mentors junior laboratory staff.
• Supports external audits and fieldwork as needed.
