Job summary
Gravity IT Resources is seeking a Senior Laboratory Systems Analyst for a life sciences organization in the Cincinnati area. You will own and support computerized systems used in Quality Control and R&D laboratories, from implementation and validation to daily administration and lifecycle management.
The role requires strong Windows and infrastructure expertise, hands-on experience with validated systems in a GxP-regulated environment, and collaboration with Quality, Cybersecurity, Validation,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering/Biotech.
- At least five years in systems administration or IT operations.
- Three years in regulated GxP environment with computerized systems.
- Experience with laboratory applications and instrument-connected systems.
- Knowledge of validation, data integrity, audit trails, and access control.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day admin and support for lab computers and instruments.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate system installs, upgrades, patches, and retirement activities.
- Collaborate with vendors and lab personnel to implement enhancements.
- Maintain system health, security, and inspection readiness.
- Support validation activities throughout system lifecycle.
