Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for laboratory software systems.
• Oversee daily lab activities including scheduling and equipment maintenance.
• Act as a liaison between the lab and external entities.
• User Management Activities.
• Coordinate hardware-related issues with Desktop support.

Skills

Knowledge of GXP

Computer System Validation

Understanding of laboratory instruments

Familiarity with lab software systems

Strong problem-solving skills

Communication skills

Ability to work in a regulated environment

Knowledge of Ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Remedy)
