Responsibilities

• Provides developmental opportunities; leads, coaches, and fosters collaboration across teams.
• Translates business plans into tactical actions; ensures policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintains testing and training standards with ongoing competency evaluations and training.
• Ensures compliance and accreditation; manages licensure renewals and regulatory documentation.
• Links medical lab services with other services; coordinates with vendors and health authorities.
• Manages lab operations to improve quality, safety, and cost effectiveness across the continuum of care.
