Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, clinical laboratory, or medical technology science.
• MT(ASCP) certification (or equivalent) required or eligible.
• Three years of experience in the applicable laboratory discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations across laboratory areas to ensure efficient workflow.
• Interpret and implement policies while ensuring staff compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and operational support to laboratory personnel.
• Assist with personnel management, coaching, training, and staff development.
• Recommend operational improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and patient safety.
• Monitor quality indicators and participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support resource utilization, inventory management, and cost-conscious operations.
