Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, molecular biology, clinical biochemistry or related field.
• Two years of full-time clinical/translational lab experience with mentoring.
• Experience in clinical/molecular diagnostics and related lab techniques.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily administrative and technical operations of research facilities.
• Oversee biosafety compliance and quality control frameworks.
• Manage procurement, inventories, budgets, and equipment maintenance.
• Assist investigators with proposals, pilot data, and protocols.
• Prepare posters and contribute to scholarly publications.
• Supervise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students.
