Job summary

ARSIEM Corporation is seeking a Technical Engagement Network (TEN) Lab Manager in Arlington, VA to oversee Linux systems, Splunk, and Ansible within the lab and production environments supporting government missions. The role requires strong Linux administration, experience with Splunk and Ansible, and active DoD 8140 IAT Level II clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI.

You will lead deployments, automate infrastructure, and ensure STIG compliance while collaborating across locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of lab management or systems administration experience.
• 5+ years of direct Linux System Administration experience.
• 3+ years of Splunk Enterprise administration and log ingestion.
• 3+ years of Ansible automation experience (Core or Tower/AAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead Linux systems administration across development, lab, and production environments.
• Perform large-scale configuration management and deployment across Windows, macOS, Linux/Unix, and VMs.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and workflows.
• Administer Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and enforce compliance.
• Configure Splunk Enterprise or Splunk Cloud for monitoring and security analytics.
• Implement security controls including STIGs and access management.
• Provide ongoing system support, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with government clients and internal teams to meet objectives.
