Job summary

ARSIEM Corporation seeks a Technical Engagement Network (TEN) Lab Manager with Linux Systems Administration expertise to support design, development, and deployment of cybersecurity capabilities for a government client in Arlington, VA.

The role requires DoD secret clearance eligibility and hands-on experience with RedHat OpenShift, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and related tools, enabling secure lab operations and mission continuity on-site.

Qualifications

• BS in a relevant technical field or HS Diploma with 7+ years of lab management or systems administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical skills and technical resources to support mission requirements.
• Perform large-scale configuration management and deployment across Windows, MacOS, Linux/Unix, and virtual environments.
• Support the lab infrastructure by implementing new technologies and equipment.
• Provide ongoing systems administration, patching, and troubleshooting services.
• Monitor RedHat platforms security and health; create daily reports.
• Develop automation for deployment of systems and apps using OpenShift, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Integrate and patch third-party apps into OpenShift and manage containerized apps.
• Create automation for deployment to virtual and physical devices using OpenShift and Ansible Tower.
• Implement granular access control and monitor performance and security; establish backups.
• Troubleshoot storage problems and optimize storage and replication strategies.
• Suggest efficiencies and improvements to procedures with customer approval.
• Manage project components to meet objectives and advise on SOPs and policies.
• Apply security concepts to mitigate vulnerabilities.
