Job summary

MBP is seeking project managers experienced in the design and construction of higher education laboratory facilities. You will lead lab projects from design through construction, coordinating owner, designer, contractor, and other stakeholders.

You will serve as a main client contact and guide senior PMs, ensuring budgets and design standards are met. Required: a BS in Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical with lab/MEP focus, professional registration or CCM preferred, and 10+ years of

• Experience with laboratory projects for higher education and/or healthcare end users.
• Knowledge of lab design and associated MEP requirements.
• Familiarity with code requirements and consultant selection processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage lab projects from design through construction with multiple stakeholders.
• Serve as key client contact and support senior project management leaders.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage design processes and project budgets.
• Ensure client design standards are followed during design development.
• Coordinate plan reviews with other disciplines and consultants.
