The role involves preparing reagents, solutions, and culture media, handling surgical specimens, data analysis, and ensuring a safe and efficient lab environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of experience are required, with strong safety and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field is required.
• 3-6 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Proficiency in advanced laboratory techniques and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced laboratory tests and prepare specimens with minimal supervision.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain complex laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Analyze and report experimental data to researchers and scientists.
• Handle and process sensitive samples with proper preservation and storage.
• Inventory management of reagents, chemicals, and equipment.
• Enforce laboratory safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Train and mentor junior lab assistants and assist in onboarding.
• Collaborate with researchers on study design and data collection.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of laboratory spaces and equipment.
