Job summary

TechTorch is a remote‑first US-based consultancy delivering AI-powered, high‑impact Lead-to-Cash transformations. You will own end‑to‑end delivery across CPQ, pricing, and deal lifecycle, coordinating cross‑functional teams and engaging with C‑level clients to shape transformative programs.

You will drive AI initiatives, act as Product Owner for AI agents, and mentor junior practitioners while collaborating with revenue operations and sales stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience leading complex transformation programs.
Experience across Lead-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash.
Expertise across CPQ, pricing, revenue operations, and deal lifecycle.
Experience with AI solutions in business processes.
Experience leading project teams and developing junior practitioners.
Experience with Private Equity-backed companies a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of L2C transformations including CPQ, pricing, and deal lifecycle.
Oversee onshore/offshore teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Define future-state L2C processes with complex product configurations.
Coach and mentor junior team members and support business development.
