Responsibilities

• Provide L2 Production Support for banking applications.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes and service requests; coordinate with teams.
• Ensure data security and compliance in cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Automate manual activities to reduce TOIL using scripting and Ansible.
