Revlon is seeking a Senior Specialist, Learning & Development to design, develop, implement, and sustain learning solutions across corporate and enterprise functions. You will partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to translate priorities into scalable learning experiences that drive capability and growth.

Responsibilities include building scalable learning pathways, integrating with performance management and internal mobility, and delivering blended learning across global audiences.

Competenze

• 5–8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, HR, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience designing enterprise, leadership, or professional development programs.

Mansioni

• Design and deliver enterprise learning strategies and curricula aligned to business priorities.
• Develop leadership and manager development programs and enables transfer of learning to the workplace.
• Manage learning initiatives from discovery through launch and sustainment with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Curate content governance, measurement, and continuous improvement across programs.
