Job summary

The Voleon Group seeks a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to own Voleon University, designing onboarding, manager development, and work-optimization curricula. You will collaborate with Research, Engineering, and business functions to ensure content aligns with our talent strategy and scales with the company.

In this senior individual-contributor role, you’ll lead content design, measurement, and continuous improvement, enabling employees to ramp quickly and perform at their best as Voleon

Qualifications

• 7+ years in learning and development, instructional design, or organizational development
• Experience building programs from the ground up
• Designing and launching multi-audience learning curricula
• Exceptional instructional design translating complex concepts into learning content
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and modern delivery methods
• Excellent facilitation across varied audiences
• Strong project management for multi-year curricula and multiple streams
• Ability to collaborate with HR Partners and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in related field

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own curriculum and roadmap for Voleon University
• Operate with autonomy over program design, sequencing, and execution
• Report to Head of People with priorities and progress on roadmap
• Build onboarding curriculum to accelerate ramp times
• Design first-time manager training and experienced manager onboarding
• Develop work optimization training for individual contributors and managers
• Establish scalable curriculum framework and content library
• Determine delivery formats (live, self-paced, blended)
• Collaborate with HR Partners and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
• Measure program effectiveness and iterate based on results
• Stay current on adult learning theory and instructional design practices
