The KYC Analyst III at TD in Jacksonville, FL supports the development and enhancements of the bank's KYC programs. You will work with stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are met and perform quality control on work products.

This role focuses on complex customers or high-visibility cases, requiring strong analytical skills and independence. You will contribute to process improvements and provide subject-matter guidance within the KYC Ops function.

Competenze

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent professional work experience
• 2+ direct experience in financial services including fraud, know your customer, anti-money laundering, sanctions screening, or similar roles for new joiners
• 6+ years' experience in an unrelated role involving information fluency, investigation, research, or financial services broadly but not specifically KYC or AML.
• Or for an internal candidate proven track record of excellence through metrics or manager discretion

Mansioni

• Maintains KYC files, data, and documents in line with KYC Policies and Standards and SLAs
• Performs reviews of customers throughout the lifecycle for audit/regulator readiness
• Provides KYC research, evaluation, operational, reporting and/or analytical support
• Prepares summaries, communications, and reports for management, regulators, and stakeholders
• Escalates potential issues to management
• Analyzes data to meet program health reporting requirements
• Identifies regulatory changes and recommends enhancements to KYC Ops gaps
• Coordinates with other teams to ensure consistent AML application
