Job summary

Technology Resource Experts, LLC is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join a rapidly growing team in support of servers, hardware, storage, and virtual infrastructure. You will manage VMs, perform security updates, troubleshoot issues, and handle Jira tickets while helping design secure, scalable networks.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, a BS plus 15 years experience, and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, VMware, Ansible, and NetBox.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix).
• Familiar with system and network security policies and able to implement policies.
• Maintain and administer systems and networks (monitoring, patching, troubleshooting).
• Experience with SSPs, Authentication, Compliance, and Monitoring.
• Design and administer networks and rack hardware.
• Experience with VMware and NetBox.
• Experience with Ansible and Jira/Confluence.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to respond to users.

Responsibilities

• Support servers, hardware, storage, and virtual infrastructures with VMs.
• Create/Delete VMs, perform security updates, troubleshoot issues, and manage tickets (Jira).
• Assist in automation and building of workflows; advise on system/network designs.
• Maintain networks using industry best practices and streamline maintenance tasks.
• Assist in annual inventory activities and ensure enclaves are properly set up.
