Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a Senior SA to support IT systems across client/server/storage/network devices. You will handle day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, including UNIX and Windows OS configuration and network component management.

The role requires a Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance, 15 years of SA experience, and a technical bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

Fifteen (15) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Four (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes, including day‑to‑day operations and problem resolution.
Supports UNIX and Windows operating systems, network components, and related system configurations.
Liaises with agency management and internal customers to communicate status and escalation details.
Supports the dispatch system and hardware problems, participates in resolution efforts.
