Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks an experienced Kubernetes Platform Software Integration Engineer to maintain and integrate the CASA Compute Environment’s PaaS. The role focuses on Linux-based platform reliability, Kubernetes cluster management, automation, and monitoring using Bash, Python, Docker/Podman, Helm, and IaC tooling.

Ideal candidates have TS/SCI-level awareness, strong scripting skills, and experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Git for collaboration.

Qualifications

• Linux administration experience in CLI and troubleshooting
• Kubernetes cluster administration, configuration, and monitoring
• Scripting in Bash and Python for automation
• Containerization with Docker and Podman
• Experience with Helm for Kubernetes deployments
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and Git workflows
• IaC concepts and automation tooling (Ansible)

Responsibilities

• Administer and support PaaS Kubernetes clusters on Linux infrastructure
• Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and sustain multi-tenant Kubernetes environments
• Develop automation scripts in Bash and Python
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker/Podman and Kubernetes
• Create and maintain Helm charts for services and apps
• Apply IaC practices using Ansible for configuration management
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure platform reliability and security
