Wyetech, LLC is seeking a Senior Kubernetes Platform Software Integration Engineer to sustain and enhance the CASA Compute Environment, focusing on reliable, secure Kubernetes clusters within Linux infra. You’ll automate admin tasks with Bash/Python, manage Helm charts, and integrate COTS/GOTS software, with emphasis on HPC tools and platform services.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and Full Scope Polygraph.
• Strong Linux CLI and system administration
• Automation via Bash and Python scripts
• Experience with Docker/Podman and Kubernetes
• Kubernetes maintenance, ingress, networking, storage, and clustering
• IaC and Ansible-based automation
• Helm charts for Kubernetes apps/services
• Prometheus and Grafana monitoring
• Git for source control and collaboration
• Experience integrating COTS/GOTS software in heterogeneous OS environments
• CKA certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the PaaS component of the CASA Compute Environment.
• Configure, monitor, and sustain secure multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Install, upgrade, and support COTS/GOTS software across OS environments.
• Provide HPC tool ownership and platform service sustainment.
• Develop Bash/Python scripts to automate admin tasks.
• Deploy and support Docker/Podman/Kubernetes-driven apps.
• Diagnose Kubernetes workload issues including ingress, networking, storage, and performance.
• Develop Helm charts for standardized deployments.
• Implement Ansible/IaC-driven automation and monitoring.
• Configure Prometheus/Grafana for system health monitoring.
• Execute testing and performance characterization procedures.
• Document the full software stack and integration procedures.
• Collaborate with developers, security, and stakeholders on integration challenges.
• Support platform modernization and continuous improvement.
