Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Software Integration Engineer to administer and support the CASA Compute Environment's PaaS. You will manage secure, multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters on Linux infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability and security across mission-critical workloads.

The role requires 6+ years of related experience, TS/SCI with poly, and proficiency with Bash, Python, Docker/Podman, Kubernetes, Helm charts, Ansible, and Git. Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience.
• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
• Experience with Linux CLI and Linux tools.
• Scripting with Bash and Python.
• Containerization with Docker/Podman.
• Administering and monitoring Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience with IaC using Ansible.
• Writing/maintaining Helm charts.
• Git for source control and collaboration.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and provide operational support for the PaaS component of the CASA Compute Environment (CCE).
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security compliance for Kubernetes clusters.
• Optimize cluster performance in support of mission and application requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and troubleshoot services on the PaaS.
