DaCodes is seeking a Senior Kubernetes Technical Support Engineer to join a highly technical team supporting an enterprise AI vision platform on Kubernetes. You will troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues across on-premises deployments, collaborate with Engineering, and communicate findings to customers.

This fully remote role favors candidates in Latin America and requires strong English communication, hands-on Kubernetes in production, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical support experience, ideally in Tier 2/3.
• Non-negotiable hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
• Experience supporting Kubernetes in on-premises or customer-managed infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to enterprise customers.
• Troubleshoot on-premises Kubernetes deployments (software, infrastructure, hardware, networking, storage, config).
• Diagnose issues across Kubernetes clusters, containers, and underlying infrastructure.
• Reproduce customer environments and run tests to diagnose problems.
• Work directly with customers during technical discussions and troubleshooting sessions.
• Escalate complex issues and product bugs to Engineering and help drive resolutions.
