• 5+ years of experience building highly scalable, performant backend distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Spring with Kotlin and/or Java is a plus.
• Ability to drive best practices in backend development and mentor others in coding and architecture.
• Knowledge of observability practices—logging, monitoring, tracing—in distributed systems.
• Expertise in Agile software delivery with cross-functional collaboration in large enterprises.
• Excellent communication skills across engineers, executives, and non-technical stakeholders.
