You will mentor teammates, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with product teams to shape architecture and features. Strong experience in Kotlin/Java, Spring, observability, and Agile delivery is required, with travel as needed.

• Develop, test, document, and deploy high quality software into production
• Build features and tools that you and your team use
• Participate in the on-call rotation to troubleshoot issues
