Job summary

Thompson Gray, Inc. seeks a Knowledge Manager onsite at Fort Belvoir, VA, to develop and sustain KM, data, and AI-enabled workflows that enhance program synchronization and decision support.

You will build the FBMA Knowledge Notebook/Data Lake, create dashboards, and design approved AI workflows with leadership, SMEs, and technical teams. Requirements include an active Secret clearance and 8+ years in KM/data/workflow automation disciplines; on-site work is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active Secret security clearance or higher.
• Experience in knowledge management, data management, systems integration, digital transformation, data analytics, workflow automation, or related disciplines.
• Experience translating operational or business needs into knowledge, data, workflow, or automation solutions.
• Proficiency with data analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with AI, generative AI, workflow automation, APIs, or related technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and related tools.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge-management plans, processes, governance, and performance measures.
• Design and maintain knowledge repositories, taxonomies, metadata, and data workflows.
• Identify and improve high-value program/workflow processes.
• Develop, test, and maintain AI-enabled workflows, automations, and agents.
• Support data architecture, prompt development, knowledge-base design, and agent evaluation.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, briefings, and decision-support products from program data.
• Establish data standards and support structured data collection during exercises and experiments.
• Capture and share lessons learned and best practices.
• Facilitate knowledge-management working groups with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Create training materials and SOPs for tools and workflows.
• Monitor data quality, workflow adoption, agent performance, and suggest improvements.
