Job summary

The Senior Knowledge Management Specialist at Comprehensive Power, Inc. will serve as the program's principal KM expert, advising KMOs on strategy, governance, and tradecraft, and Leading the enterprise KM working group to set standards and ensure consistent metadata and taxonomy across commands.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may substitute.
8+ years in knowledge management within large organizations.
Experience with KM policy, governance, taxonomies, and metadata standards.

Responsibilities

Advise Government Knowledge Management Officers on KM strategy and implementation.
Lead enterprise KM governance, standards, and procedures.
Coordinate KM activities across HQ, components, and TSOCs.
Develop and apply KM taxonomy, metadata, and lifecycle practices.
Assess KM programs against maturity models and produce improvement plans.
Lead training and knowledge-sharing programs for leadership and staff.
