Job summary

Comprehensive Power, Inc. seeks a Knowledge Management Analyst to support a Blanket Purchase Agreement delivering Enterprise Knowledge Management services to a U.S. Combatant Command at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida.

The role focuses on capturing, organizing, and deploying enterprise content, and training staff across HQ, components, and TSOCs. The candidate will structure content, configure portals, support dashboards, and sustain metadata schemes in unclassified and classified networks.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge management experience and strong writing ability.
• Experience applying taxonomy, metadata and naming conventions at scale.
• Hands-on SharePoint administration and M365 tooling experience.
• Ability to document processes and create user guides.

Responsibilities

• Structure and tag enterprise content per taxonomy and lifecycle practices.
• Configure and sustain portals, workflows, and collaboration workspaces.
• Prepare content for dashboards and analytic tools.
• Maintain term stores, vocabularies, and metadata schemas.
• Produce training materials and user guides.
