Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 8+ years of relevant experience; equivalencies considered.
• Active Secret clearance is required to start.
• Proven experience leading performance management and value realization in large IT/service delivery environments.
• Experience developing KPIs, SLAs, SLOs and measurement frameworks aligned to objectives.
• Proven ability to translate data into executive dashboards and reports for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develops, submits, and presents regular status reports to stakeholders with action items.
• Prepares weekly reports, coordinates risk and issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Delivers reports summarizing long-distance travel and associated requirements.
• Directs development of integrated dashboard solutions for enterprise health.
• Develops spend plans and detailed projections of contract spending.
• Ensures new services are ready for operational support prior to deployment.
