Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily tasks and activities of the knowledge management team.
• Develop and update Knowledge Articles and documentation.
• Meet with stakeholders to define requirements for Knowledge Articles.
