Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Health Data SME, EHR Systems to guide enterprise health data analytics initiatives that support senior leadership and strengthen data-driven decision-making. This role will advance electronic health record modernization efforts for Tribal Nations and shape data standards, infrastructure, and team capability in a mission-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation ranges from $134,890 to $210,000 annually.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree required.
- 8–10 years of experience in data analytics or related roles.
- Expertise in health data development and EHR systems.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required customer clearance.
- Strong understanding of privacy and security compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic data analytics projects to support senior management.
- Establish and enforce enterprise-wide data standards.
- Design and manage large-scale databases while ensuring data quality.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for data infrastructure.
- Support electronic health record modernization initiatives for Tribal Nations.
- Cultivate and lead a high-performing analytics team.
- Architect and direct the organization’s data analytics vision.
