Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the Corrugated Division IT Group and optimize the Kiwiplan MES environment while translating business needs into actionable technology solutions.

You will collaborate with plant personnel, stakeholders, and vendors to enhance system reliability, usability, and performance, supporting manufacturing operations from our Atlanta HQ or remotely within the United States.

Qualifications

Experience in business or IT roles supporting enterprise applications, manufacturing systems, or business technology solutions.
Experience with Kiwiplan manufacturing systems.
Knowledge of the corrugated industry.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technology solutions.
Willing to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
Willing to travel up to 35%, including on-site at facilities with Georgia-Pacific safety policies.

Responsibilities

Support, implement, enhance, and optimize the Kiwiplan MES and related applications for the Corrugated division.
Partner with business stakeholders and plant personnel to understand operational needs and translate into technology solutions.
Troubleshoot system issues, provide production support, and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Configure, test, validate, and support software enhancements, integrations, and system improvements to meet business needs.
Develop and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance test scenarios for high-quality changes.
Create and maintain process documentation, system design docs, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and business partners to deliver solutions that improve processes and performance.
