• Two years of full service, high volume restaurant management experience

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant functions during opening, mid, or closing shifts
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop restaurant team members
• Ensure Gold Standard guest experience and compliance with policies and laws
• Oversee operations including safety, quality, inventory, and local marketing
• Coach and discipline hourly team members and recognize performance
