You will hire, train, and manage restaurant teams, ensure Gold Standard service, and uphold BJ’s standards across opening to closing shifts. This exempt management role requires strong leadership, integrity, and problem-solving abilities, with compensation starting at USD 80,000 per year plus quarterly bonus potential and relocation

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years full-service, high-volume casual dining restaurant management.
• Must communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership, integrity and maturity in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and develop restaurant team members.
• Ensure gold standard guest experience and safety for guests and staff.
