Job summary

Swiftx seeks a Key Account Manager to own and grow relations with major cross-border platforms such as TikTok Shop, Temu, and SHEIN. The role requires Mandarin fluency and strong English, with a focus on expanding parcel volume, service scope, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with one or more key accounts (TikTok Shop, Temu, SHEIN) and similar platforms.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to meet SLAs, drive growth, and manage escalations.
• Prepare quarterly reviews, forecasts, and growth proposals for clients and leadership.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs in partnership with Sales, Legal, and Finance.
• Travel as needed to client sites or Swiftx facilities.
